How to start the ticket earlier

When you have a ticket with a later start, and need to use the ticket earlier. You can choose to start the ticket immediately instead.

1. When you have bought a ticket with a later start.
2. Go to the ticket you have purchased and press Start ticket now.
3. And in the message that appears, press Confirm and start.

Now you can board and use your ticket.

How to turn on push notification for the ticket

1. Go to My user in the menu at the bottom right of the app.
2. Under Settings, select Notifications.
3. Hover over for push notification and if you want notifications for single tickets and period tickets.
