For the receipt, ask the driver

To shorten the time it takes to buy the ticket on board, the receipt is no longer printed out automatically.

You always get the ticket. If you also need the receipt, you can ask the driver.

When you need a receipt

  • Note that when you buy a single ticket on board, there is an on-board fee for adults, students and people in initial military service. This appears on the receipt, and not on the ticket.
  • If you need to submit a Travel and subsistence claim form because others will cover the trip for you, you also need the receipt as documentation.

Buy in the FRAM app instead

If you use the FRAM app, you can buy the ticket before boarding. And send the receipt by e-mail in the app.
