Now you can buy single tickets to all FRAM bus lines in the Entur app. Terje Aamodt

Entur has been working for a long time to gather tickets for all public transport in one app. Now travelers can buy all single tickets in the app, in addition to period tickets for several areas. In Møre og Romsdal, this currently applies to single tickets for FRAM bus lines, but the plan is to include tickets for express boats in the future.

Train tickets for travel with Vy, SJ, and Go-Ahead are also available in the Entur app. All tickets are without any price surcharge.

Especially useful for travel outside the county and to new places

Christel Borge, CEO of Entur, says that the Entur app is especially good for those who travel to places they do not frequent daily.

“We and the public transport companies have a common goal, which is to get more people to travel by public transport. Therefore, we must make it easier to choose public transport – also for those who are going to a place they are not familiar with, and when they need to use public transport from different companies. We do this by allowing them to find all trips and buy tickets in one place – without any price surcharge, emphasizes Borge”.

FRAM in Møre og Romsdal County Municipality supports Borge.

“We appreciate having our single bus tickets available in the Entur app, and we are working with Entur to also include tickets for express boats. Especially for travelers who either cross county borders or are in new places, it can be useful to find and pay for the trip in the Entur travel app, says Toril Karlsnes, marketing manager at FRAM.

Karlsnes emphasizes that the FRAM app will not be replaced by the Entur app.

It is still in the FRAM app that we have most of our tickets and information about public transport in Møre og Romsdal. The Entur app is a supplement to this and is a practical app for longer trips.
