Travel planner and deviation information in the FRAM app.

The reason for the changes is a decrease in the number of calls to the customer centre and the financial situation of Møre og Romsdal County Authority.
"We see that fewer people are contacting the customer centre by phone now than before," says Toril Karlsnes, Marketing Manager at FRAM Market.
"FRAM must adapt to a lower operating level, and we need to use the resources we have on the services that most of our customers use. Today, these are our digital channels, namely the FRAM app and our website with the associated travel planner," says Karlsnes.
Can call if needed
Although customer service will now mainly be digital, Karlsnes informs that it will still be possible for those who need it to contact FRAM by phone.
“Those who have challenges using our digital channels can call FRAM on weekdays between 10:00 and 11:00.”
Travel planner and deviation information can be found both on the website frammr.no and in the FRAM app.
