Previously, a waiting room for travelers was available at the Cultural House in Surnadal. The new waiting area is located right across the street from the old one, in the basement of Frich’s Hotel. The entrance is at the foot of the footbridge.
– The most important thing for us is that the travelers have a place to wait that is easy to find and that works well in everyday life, says the leader of FRAM, Stig Helle-Tautra.
- Waiting areas like this are nowadays more adapted to the most important needs of the passengers, while we aim to allocate as many resources as possible to the actual transport service.
FRAM asks travelers to note the new location and familiarize themselves with where the waiting area is before traveling.
