FRAM: The Sales Office in Kristiansund is Closing

FRAM is closing the sales office in Fosnagata in Kristiansund effective Wednesday, 9 October. Travelers will instead receive assistance from the driver on board the bus or by contacting the customer center online or by phone.

The reason for the closure is the financial situation of Møre and Romsdal County Municipality, along with the relocation to new premises at Campus Kristiansund.

- The sales office has been important for customers who prefer personal service when purchasing bus tickets, says Toril Karlsnes, head of FRAM Marketing.

- It is unfortunate that the office is closing, but we will still provide our customers with good assistance and will make it as easy as possible to purchase tickets.

There are several simple ways to buy tickets:

On the bus: The driver can assist with purchasing single tickets and refilling period passes.
App and online shop: Tickets can be purchased directly in the FRAM app or in the online shop at frammr.no.
Phone and contact form: The customer center can be contacted via the contact form on frammr.no or by phone at 71 28 01 00.
