The new ticket is called Bypakke Kristiansund and costs 499 NOK for adults and 280 NOK for children and seniors. The ticket is valid for 30 days for bus travel in Kristiansund municipality, including Frei.
The discounted bus ticket is one of the public transport initiatives in the city package, and is intended to make it easier and more attractive to choose the bus during a period when the traffic pattern in the city is changing.
The measure is temporary and is financed through Bypakke Kristiansund. The plan is for the ticket to be available at least until the end of the year.
The ticket can be purchased in the FRAM app and the online store starting Monday 1 June.
