Commuter parking for travelers by bus at Moa
East of the swimming centre at Moa, an area with approx. 60 parking spaces is reserved for commuters who drive a car to Moa and continue their travel by bus from there.

How you do it
- Download the FlexiPark app.
- In the app, select "Parkeringsavtale", then "Bestill parkeringsavtale" and choose the option that suits you.
- You will then receive a "ticket" (active agreement) in the app that serves as a ticket on the bus. Show this ticket to the driver when boarding the bus.
The ticket is valid for parking and for the driver. If there are other persons in the car that will travel on with a bus, they need to buy a ticket for the bus.
There are three different variants of ticket for parking + ticket for the bus, or parking agreement (parkeringsavtale) which it is called in the Flexipark app:
Parking at Moa + ticket for the bus in 1 zone
Day parking at Moa plus return trip with bus within zone Ålesund. Includes Ålesund, Sula, Giske and Haram municipalities.
Valid for 12 hours from the time you purchase the ticket.
Parking at Moa + ticket for the bus in 2 zones
Day parking at Moa plus bus trip from the zone you are in (Ålesund) into bordering zone and back. Bordering zones are Molde (Vestnes, Aukra, Molde, Hustadvika), Søre Sunnmøre (Vanylven, Volda, Ørsta, Hareid, Ulstein, Herøy og Sande), and Indre Sunnmøre (Stranda, Fjord og Sykkylven).
Valid for 20 hours from the time you purchase the ticket.
Parking at Moa + ticket for the bus in 3 zones
Parking up to 30 hours at Moa plus bus trip from the zone you are in (Ålesund) and over 2 additional zones, and back. Examples are trips viazone Molde (Vestnes, Aukra, Molde, Hustadvika) to zone Romsdal (Rauma kommune) or via zone Molde to zone Kristiansund (Averøy, Gjemnes, Kristiansund, Tingvoll).
Valid for 30 hours from the time you purchase the ticket.
If you are a commuter with a valid period ticket for the bus you may also use this parking lot
If you have a valid period ticket for bus in the zones, you can also use this parking lot. This applies no matter where you are continuing to by bus from Moa.
You must place a printout/picture of the valid period ticket or a readable receipt for the purchase of the period ticket inside of the windshield of the vehicle, visible from the outside.
