The Travel Complaint Handling Body
We work to solve the cases in a good way. However be aware that you can have the case dealt with further by the Travel Complaint Handling Body (Transportklagenemda). The case must be sent to the handling body within four weeks after receiving the reply from FRAM Customer Service Centre.
