If you have bought a ticket in the FRAM app or the online store, it is enough to send a contact form to FRAM Customer Service Centre with the customer number and order ID for the purchase. A refund form is not required.

When are you eligible for a refund? 

  • You will not be travelling with us anymore. If you move, are on a sick leave, or change the way you travel. 
  • You bought a ticket for the wrong distance, category, or time/date. We will make a refund for an incorrect ticket if you buy a new, correct ticket. The refund will be calculated from the time you purchase the new ticket. 

We will make refunds for the following ticket types 

  • Period ticket 7 days: You may have a refund for remaining, unused days. 
  • Period ticket 30 days: You may have a refund for remaining, unused days. 
  • The county-wide tickets FRAM Ung, FRAM Student, FRAM Vaksen and FRAM Honnør:  You may have a refund for remaining, unused days.
  • Travel cards: You may have a refund for the remaining cash value on the travel card. 
  • Single tickets when an error has been made during the purchase and a new, correct ticket has been bought.

The remaining value is paid out in the end of each month (with reservation). If you have several travel cards that you want refunded, you must submit one form per travel card.

Note! This form must only be used for application for a refund for the remaining value on a travel card. The process is automated and will not work for other types for refunds. For other refund types like the remaining value of a period ticket or a single ticket you cannot use you must choose the button “Apply for a refund” above.
