You bought a ticket for the wrong distance, category, or time/date. We will make a refund for an incorrect ticket if you buy a new, correct ticket. The refund will be calculated from the time you purchase the new ticket. We will make refunds for the following ticket types Period ticket 7 days: You may have a refund for remaining, unused days. Period ticket 30 days: You may have a refund for remaining, unused days. The county-wide tickets FRAM Ung, FRAM Student, FRAM Vaksen and FRAM Honnør: You may have a refund for remaining, unused days.Travel cards: You may have a refund for the remaining cash value on the travel card.
